- Rump cut into cubes100 g
- Chicken breast cut into cubes100 g
- Sausage cut into cubes100 g
- Pork shank or shoulder cut into cubes100 g
- Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Chopped and sliced tomato2 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste, chopped1 unit(s)

- French bread5 unit(s)

- Mayonnaise and sauces1 unit(s)
- On a plow disc, add a thread of oil and fry a clove of minced garlic.
- Then add the meats and chicken breast (cut into cubes) and fry them to your preference.
- Add the red onion, peppers, tomato and parsley (chopped) and let it reach its point
- Take the French bread and heat it on the plate or on the plow disk itself.
