  • Sour cream2 tablespoon
  • garlic1 unit(s)
  • salt to taste

  • Nutmeg to taste
  1. Place all the ingredients in the processor and blend.
  2. Cover a loaf pan with cling film and grease it with oil.
  3. Pour the contents into the mold and let it freeze for 2 and a half hours.
  4. Remove from the mold and if you want the tip is to finish with tomato confit and basil.
