- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary, basil, salt, oregano and pepper paste: put the ricotta in the blender along with the fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Turn on the appliance and add the oil in a stream until it forms a cream. Store in the fridge. You can bet this paste will be part of your kitchen!!!!
