- 1 or 2 cups of cooked rice (I prefer eggs over rice) to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- As a precaution, break the eggs, one by one, separately and combine them in a single container. This prevents you from losing everything if any is broken.
- In a large skillet, spread a drizzle of oil, wait for it to heat up a little and pour in the six eggs at once. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir and when the yolks start to cook (synonymous with cooking; not sewing, which is synonymous with sewing 🙂 ) and the whites turn white, remove from the heat.
- Add the rice, stir and return to the heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- If desired, finally chop some chives and parsley and mix before serving.
