Ingredients
- Rice flour | 1/2 cup
- Xylitol | 2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil | 1 tablespoon
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Baking powder | 1 teaspoon
- 70% chopped chocolate | 5 tablespoon
Recipe
- Mix the rice flour, xylitol, coconut oil, egg and yeast until you get a smooth dough;
- Add the chopped chocolate. Mix;
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper;
- Make small balls, place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly;
- Bake in an oven, preheated to 180°, for 15 minutes.
