- grated carrot | 1/2 cup
- Milk | 1/4 cup
- Grated Mozzarella | 150 g
- Wheat flour | 1/2 cup
- Egg | 2 unit(s)
- Baking powder | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- Green Smell | to taste
Recipe
- Mix rice, carrot, mozzarella, milk and eggs.
- Add the flour, black pepper, salt, yeast, green smell and mix again.
- Make balls and fry in oil or air fryer.
