- Rice Flour1 cup
- Chickpea flour1 cup
- Almond milk1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Yeast2 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients except the yeast. It can be done by hand.
- When the mass is homogeneous mix the yeast. The dough does not need to rest.
- Grease a shape with butter and rice flour and bake at 200 preheated for about 30 minutes. Time may vary, keep an eye on it, it should be crispy on the outside, but still slightly soft.
