- Recipe
- Rice350 g
- Olive Oil50 ml
- Water230 ml
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Whole salt1 teaspoon
- Biological yeast10 g
- Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, oilseeds (optional) to taste
- Blend everything in a blender, except the germ, until you get a smooth cream. Add the yeast and beat to mix.
- Place in a greased pan and let it double in volume.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees, add the bread and bake for 45/50 min.
- Test with a toothpick and it's ready.
- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool before setting. Is ready!
