  • Rice350 g
  • Olive Oil50 ml
  • Water230 ml
  • Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
  • Whole salt1 teaspoon
  • Biological yeast10 g
  • Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, oilseeds (optional) to taste
  1. Blend everything in a blender, except the germ, until you get a smooth cream. Add the yeast and beat to mix.
  2. Place in a greased pan and let it double in volume.
  3. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, add the bread and bake for 45/50 min.
  4. Test with a toothpick and it's ready.
  5. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool before setting. Is ready!
