Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling on top | to taste

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
Fry in oil at medium temperature until golden.
Tip: Drop spoonfuls of dough. I use two small spoons, the tea spoon you know??? This makes it easier to make the cookies and they stay the same size.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and voila!
You can eat it with dulce de leche, nutella, jellies.
I sometimes make it stuffed with guava or banana too.
Just cover a cube of guava or a slice of banana with dough and fry the same.
