Em um recipiente acrecente, o ovo, leite açúcar, farinha de trigo e o sal gosto e misture bem.

Depois de tudo bem misturado acrecente o fermento e misture bem novamente.
   Em seguida coloque o óleo para esquentar assim que o óleo estiver quente comece a colocar os bolinhos no óleo, use uma colher para pegar uma pequena quantidade de massa e a outra para empurrar a massa no óleo repita esse processo até que toda a massa acabe.

After everything is well mixed, add the yeast and mix well again.
   Then put the oil to heat once the oil is hot start putting the dumplings in the oil, use one spoon to take a small amount of dough and the other to push the dough into the oil repeat this process until all the dough is gone.

Frite os bolinhos até que fique bem douradinho, e depois de tirar do óleo leve para escorrer no papel toalha.
