- Ground beef500 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Mashed boiled medium potato1 unit(s)
- Diced medium onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste

- Start by sautéing the meat in a very hot pan with the butter, when everything is cooked, add the onion, garlic, salt and pepper, sauté for 2 minutes and add 1 cup of water.
- Let it boil until the water decreases by half over low heat, add the second cup of water and the mashed potato.
- As soon as it starts to boil again, add all the flour at once and stir until the dough lifts off the bottom of the pan and makes the lumps disappear (this should happen between 3 to 5 minutes). Now you can turn off the fire.
- Stir from time to time with a spoon for the dough so as not to form a skin and cool faster. Once you can touch the dough, give it a quick kneading until the dough is smooth and shiny.
- When cool, shape the croquettes, dip them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot oil until golden! Now the perfect snack is ready for you to serve during the national team games.
