Quick Creamy Natural Snack

Comece amassando a ricota com o garfo. Assim que ela estiver esfarelada, junte o requeijão e a maionese, acerte o sal, a pimenta e reserve. 

Start by mashing the ricotta with a fork. As soon as it crumbles, add the cottage cheese and mayonnaise, adjust the salt and pepper and set aside.

Agora é só montar seu lanche! A ideia é que vc possa levá-lo para um bloquinho de Carnaval ou pra onde quiser, então comece com o pão, e logo depois a alface, assim não corre o risco de amolecer seu pão no trajeto. 

Now just assemble your snack! The idea is that you can take it to a Carnival block or wherever you want, so start with the bread, and then the lettuce, so you don't run the risk of softening your bread on the way.

Passe uma camada do creme de ricota sobre a alface, depois a cenoura ralada, o peito de frango e alface novamente, finalizando com o pão. 

Spread a layer of ricotta cream over the lettuce, then the grated carrot, chicken breast and lettuce again, finishing with the bread.

Vc pode utilizar outras verduras no seu lanche, mas esses elementos costumam soltar pouca água e ter uma durabilidade maior ao passar do tempo, ideal pra levar ao trabalho tbm. 

You can use other vegetables in your snack, but these elements usually release little water and last longer over time, ideal to take to work too.
