Ingredients
- Oat flour | 4 tablespoon
- Milk | 1/3 cup
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Yeast | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | to taste
Recipe
- Mix the oatmeal with the milk (I use plant-based milk), the egg, the yeast and the salt
- Transfer the mixture to a non-stick skillet.
- Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes on medium/low heat.
- If it is already ungluing from the pan, turn the pancake and let it cook on the other side for another 2/3 minutes, until it is ready, also with the pan covered.
- Then just move to the plate and put the topping you want! I made one with hummus, lentils and tomato and the other with pesto, avocado, feta cheese and egg.
- This amount of ingredients was enough for two pancakes as in the photo. It's quick, easy and delicious :)
