Quick and easy rice cake

Em uma vasilha coloque o arroz cozido, ovos, tomate, coentro, cebola,  farinha de trigo, fermento e o sal misture tudo muito bem com uma colher.

In a bowl, place the cooked rice, eggs, tomato, cilantro, onion, wheat flour, yeast and salt, mix everything very well with a spoon.

Depois de misturar bem, coloque o óleo em uma panela e aqueça em fogo médio assim que o óleo estiver quente coloque os bolinhos ( pegue duas colher de sopa com uma colher você vai pegar a massa e com a outra você vai empurrar a massa na panela, desta forma estará formando o bolinho)

Repita esse processo em toda a massa e faça os bolinho, frite até ficar douradinho e coloque no papel toalha para tirar o excesso de óleo.
