- Shredded Coconut3 cup
- Grated half cured cheese4 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, cheese and condensed milk in the blender. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Then add the grated coconut and mix.
- Place in paper cups.
- Take to preheated oven 180° for 30 minutes or until bake.
