- Cooked Pupunha300 g
- Brown sugar2 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil90 g
- Skimmed milk powder2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Water200 ml
- Blend the peach palm in a blender with 200ml of water until it forms a puree and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, coconut oil and milk, beat for 10 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add the flour and the pupunha mix for another 5 min, add the yeast last, put the dough in a caramelized shape with some pieces of pupunha and take it to the oven in a bain-marie (optional) for approximately 40 min.
