Frozen puff pastry
Chestnuts and walnuts
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer 10 minutes beforehand to make it easier to handle.
Cut the dough in the shape of a square in a size that allows space to close the cheese well.
Place the cheese on the dough, close all the ends and brush the egg yolk over it. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove the puff cheese from the oven and add the honey, chestnuts and walnuts and raisins on top. Serve while still hot.
