- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence or panettone essence1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, start beating the eggs, margarine and sugar until it becomes a whitish cream, reduce the speed and gradually add the milk, then the vanilla / essence. Still on low speed, add the flour. Pass the crystallized fruits in running water to drain the excess, then add the flour and stir well until all the fruits are involved (this will prevent the fruits from going down). Then incorporate into the dough and stir gently, and finish with the baking powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Roof: 1 cup icing sugar 3 and 1/2 tablespoons In a container, place the icing sugar and gradually mix the milk, the spoons (so you don't miss the point). Then spread over the cake, finish with fruit or to taste. Let it dry.
