  1. Preparing priest's ear is very easy and you can even prepare it in a blender. Place all the ingredients (except the oil for frying) in the glass and mix well. If you want to prepare it manually, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl and mix until you get a pasty dough. Then place a large skillet over medium heat with a little oil. When it's hot, put a ladle of the dick ear dough and let it fry. When it is golden on the bottom, turn it upside down with the help of a spatula, so that it frys on the other side as well. Remove the priest's ear when it is fried on both sides, reserve it on a plate and repeat with the rest of the dough. Serve with, for example, Nutella, jelly, dulce de leche or other. Enjoy your food!
