  • Warm water1 cup
  • Instant Organic Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Water2 cup
  • Baking soda2 tablespoon
  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it act for 10 minutes (measurements are: 1.5 cup of water and 1.5 teaspoon of yeast, the app doesn't allow you to put a comma).
  2. Add sugar, salt and stir to dissolve. Add the flour and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise for at least 1 hour in a bowl covered with cloth.
  3. After the dough rises, mold the pretzels.
  4. Boil 2 cups of water and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda, stirring well to fully dissolve. Keep this solution boiling.
  5. Dip the pretzel in the solution for 20 to 30 seconds and place on a greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter and salt.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  7. OBS.: If you want, mix sugar with cinnamon and, as soon as the pretzels are ready, pass the mixture. Just don't put salt on them before baking.
