  • Oregano to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes until soft
  2. Cut the potatoes in half and carefully remove the core so as not to rescue the skin. And reserve the brains
  3. Remove the skin from the sausage and crumble the sausage, put it in a frying pan and fry
  4. Mix the potato brains with the fried sausage
  5. Stuff the potato skins with the sausage puree
  6. In a form, place the potatoes and cover with mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano.
  7. Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
