Potato Bread

Em um bow, misture os ingredientes secos e faça uma cova, adicione o restante dos ingredientes ( a água coloque aos poucos), vai misturando com uma colher de silicone até que de para sovar com as mãos,  coloque a massa na bancada e vai sovando até ficar uma massa lisa e homogênea, volte a massa para o bom cubra com um pano e deixe descansar por +/- 30 minutos.
Depois modele os pãezinhos a gosto deixe crescer até dobrar de volume, pincele gema de ovo(opcional) e leve para assar até dourar.

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and make a well, add the rest of the ingredients (water gradually add), mix with a silicone spoon until you can knead with your hands, place the dough on the bench and knead until a smooth and homogeneous mass, return the mass to the good cover with a cloth and let it rest for +/- 30 minutes.
Then model the buns to taste, let them rise until they double in volume, brush with egg yolk (optional) and bake until golden.

Bow de vidro ou plástico,  colher de silicone, balança e assadeiras.
