- Wheat flour700 g
- Mashed Potato300 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Margarine50 g
- Water or milk250 ml
- Essence of butter or cheese to taste
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and make a well, add the rest of the ingredients (water gradually add), mix with a silicone spoon until you can knead with your hands, place the dough on the bench and knead until a smooth and homogeneous mass, return the mass to the good cover with a cloth and let it rest for +/- 30 minutes. Then model the buns to taste, let them rise until they double in volume, brush with egg yolk (optional) and bake until golden.
