Work carefully. Form balls and place one next to the other in a bread pan, let it rise in a place without a cold draft until it doubles in volume. Bake at 180 degrees Until it turns golden. After it grows, make a mixture of one egg yolk and two tablespoons of milk, brush gently over the bread, if you want to decorate with sesame seeds, spread it over the top and place it in the medium oven.
