Retire o milho da espiga e bata no liquidificador com o leite.
Coe o milho batido em uma peneira.
Leve o suco do milho ao fogo médio e acrescente açucar, o sal e o bicarbonato.
Mexa bem até engrossar, deixe por mais 5 minutos sem mexer.

Strain the beaten corn through a sieve.
Bring the corn juice to medium heat and add sugar, salt and bicarbonate.
Stir well until thickened, leave for another 5 minutes without stirring.

Mexa bem até engrossar, deixe por mais 5 minutos sem mexer.
Sirva em uma travessa, polvilhando a canela em pó por cima.
