  • Almond flour300 g
  • Xylitol200 g
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sliced almonds (for garnish) to taste
  1. In a pan, place the tangerines and fill with water until covered.
  2. Cover and heat for 30 minutes, always taking care that the water does not dry up (cook well so the cake does not become bitter).
  3. Remove the tangerine from the water and remove the seeds.
  4. Put it in a food processor until it becomes a puree.
  5. In a bowl beat the eggs, add the sugar, the tangerine puree, the flour and the yeast.
  6. Place in an already greased form.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
