- Almond flour300 g
- Xylitol200 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sliced almonds (for garnish) to taste
- In a pan, place the tangerines and fill with water until covered.
- Cover and heat for 30 minutes, always taking care that the water does not dry up (cook well so the cake does not become bitter).
- Remove the tangerine from the water and remove the seeds.
- Put it in a food processor until it becomes a puree.
- In a bowl beat the eggs, add the sugar, the tangerine puree, the flour and the yeast.
- Place in an already greased form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
