- Cut the bananas into brunoise (small, evenly sized cubes)
- Chop the onion into smaller cubes
- Remove the pepper seed carefully so as not to touch the seed too much and generate a burning sensation in your hands, chop it very small
- Remove the seed from the tomato and chop it.
- Chop the parsley and cilantro and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add 1 lemon, salt, black pepper and if there is no acidity, add more lemon, remembering that everything is gradually
- Your tartar is ready! Let it rest in the fridge to discover the flavors. Serve cold, goes well with potato chips and is super refreshing.
