- warm water1/2 cup
- wheat flour1 cup
- Stuffing of your choice0 to taste
- Mix and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Then you will divide the dough into smaller balls (usually for this proportion I can make 4 to 5 mini pizzas.)
- Just open the dough and place it in a very hot skillet over medium heat.
- When the dough starts to bubble: you will turn it over, lower the heat, add the sauce, cheese and whatever else you want and cover it with a lid until the cheese melts.
