  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Milk400 ml
  • Margarine or 100m oil3 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast or 30g of fresh yeast10 g
  • Grated Mozzarella300 g
  • Ham or ham250 g
  • Cottage cheese1 to taste
  • Chopped tomato1 to taste
  • Olives to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the flour with the dry ingredients, add the egg, margarine and milk and then add fresh yeast. Knead until it forms a dough homogeneous and smooth.
  2. Let rest for 20 min.
  3. open and stretch the dough forming a large rectangle, always place the stuffing in the middle of the dough along the entire length, leaving a side of dough, then close the pizza with one side over the other.
  4. Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C until golden.
