Ingredients

  • warm water | 1 cup
  • salt | 1 teaspoon
  • sugar | 1 tablespoon
  • egg | 1 unit(s)
  • oil | 1/4 cup
  • biological yeast | 1 unit(s)
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour | 500 g

Recipe

  1. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Note: The water cannot be hot, as it impairs the effect of the yeast, it must be slightly lukewarm.
  3. Place all the liquid ingredients in another bowl and mix, gradually adding the dry ingredients and stirring with a spoon, when a heavy mass becomes mixed with your hands.
  4. Note: If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour and if it is too hard, add a little more water.
  5. On a smooth surface, solve the dough for at least 13 minutes, while the more you knead, the better it will be.
  6. Sprinkle flour in a bowl and place the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour. I leave it in the oven turned off, because there it is more stuffy.
  7. On a smooth surface roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin, I didn't have a roll here and I opened it with a bottle.
  8. When the dough is the approximate size of the shape, place the dough inside and give it a straighten to be well stretched. I apply a little oil to the mold before putting the dough.
  9. Poke holes in the dough with a fork. This dough is enough for three large pizzas, you can make half the recipe.
  10. In the stuffing put tomato sauce, grated mozzarella and the stuffing of your preference. I like to put a lot of mozzarella, 300g for a large pizza.
  11. Take it to the preheated oven and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes, this time varies.
