margarine1 tablespoon
sugar1 teaspoon
salt1 teaspoon

milk1 cup

Beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, wheat flour and baking powder in a blender until smooth.
Pour the dough in a greased roast with margarine and take it to the preheated oven for 20 min.
Remove from the oven, put the tomato sauce and the stuffing (preferably) and put it back in the oven.
