- 1/2 of flour, 1 cup of warm water, 30g of fresh yeast, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar1 unit(s)
- Heat the water, dissolve the yeast in it and add the oil, salt and sugar. Make a mound of the flour in a very large bowl or on a clean granite top and make a hole in the middle. Add the water and oil mixture and mix with your hands for about 15 minutes until the dough starts to come away from your hand. If necessary, add more flour to reach the ideal point of the dough. Divide the dough into about 5 balls and cover with a damp cloth for at least 40 minutes, the longer the dough rests, the fluffier it will be. After that, stretch the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin and put it in greased shapes, add the stuffing and bake in a high oven for about 20 minutes.
