Ingredients

  • Ricotta | 350 g
  • Whole wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Gem | 2 unit(s)
  • Natural yogurt | 1 tablespoon
  • Culinary sweetener | 3 tablespoon
  • Butter | 3 tablespoon
  • Yeast | 1 teaspoon
  • Whole eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1/2 cup
  • Cottage cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • Culinary sweetener for filling | 1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour for the filling | 1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest | 2 coffee spoon
  • Light jelly | 5 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of sweetener, margarine, egg yolks and yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the flour, mixing little by little. Lastly, the yeast.
  3. Cover the dough and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes and set aside.
  4. For the filling, mix the ricotta with the eggs, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, 1/3 cup of sweetener, skim milk, orange zest and curd.
  5. After 15 minutes in the fridge, open the dough and line a shape. Then place the filling on top of the dough.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the pie for 30 minutes. After the pie has cooled, add jam and serve chilled.
