Pegue a calabresa já ralada ,e recheie a massa de pastel,aperte as bordas para não abrir durante a fritura.

Pegue uma panela funda e coloque bastante óleo,que dê para cobrir os pastéis,e coloque pra esquentar.

Com o óleo bem quente coloque o pastel de 1 a 1,e vá virando até estarem Dourados.

With the oil very hot, place the pastel from 1 to 1, and turn until they are golden.

Retire do fogo e coloque no papel toalha.
