Oil for frying
Take the pastry dough and open it
Put the pepperoni and cheese
Close the pastel and with a fork press the ends to prevent it from opening in the frying.
In a pan put (enough oil to cover the pastel) and put it on the fire to warm up well.
With the hot oil, turn the pastries and when they are golden, they are ready.
Place on paper towel to remove excess fat.
