- Butter2 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni sausage1 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Milk for breading1 cup
- Breadcrumbs1 cup

- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add water, milk, salt and mix. Let it boil.
- When it boils, add the flour and mix until it forms a smooth dough. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic, onion and sausage for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add pepper and parsley. Reserve.
- Open a piece of the dough in your hand and fill it with the sausage stew, then close it in the shape of a coxinha. Repeat this step until the dough runs out.
- Bread the drumsticks, first in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat oil (180°C) over medium heat, fry the drumsticks until golden and let dry on a paper towel.
