- Wheat flour4 cup
- Milk3/4 cup
- Melted butter3 tablespoon
- Baking powder2 dessert spoon
- Sliced pepperoni200 g
- Chopped Mozzarella400 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Preparation method (Dough) In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Then add the melted butter and milk and continue mixing. Knead gently, as it gets a little soft. Cover with cling film or a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. With a greased shape with oil, add the modeled dough in small circles.
- Let it bake in the oven for 15 minutes. After the pasta is golden, add tomato sauce, chopped mozzarella and pepperoni. Return to the oven and let the cheese melt. then it's just serve đđâ€ïž
