Bata bem todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, nesse momento use apenas 2 xícara de amendoim,misturando por último o fermento.
Coloque numa assadeira redonda com buraco untada e enfarinhada.
Asse em forno médio, preaquecido, por cerca de 40 minutos, ou até dourar.
Desenforme depois de frio.
