- Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar by hand until it becomes a whitish cream, then add the eggs one by one and continue beating. Put the cinnamon, and all the flours already mixed with the yeast, the chopped peach.
- Add the milk and stir slowly, I add a little more than 1/2 cup, so that the cake is more moist. Carefully place the dough over the peaches and bake in a preheated oven at 180º to 200º). When golden, insert a toothpick or knife tip into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is baked.
- Wait a few minutes and unmold the cake while it is still hot, as the sugar at the bottom will be melted and will make the work easier. Besides delicious, it's wonderful!
- This cake should be baked in the fridge after the first day. Because it contains fresh fruit, it can spoil faster. The texture of the dough is perfect.
