Wheat flour700 g
Margarine500 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Braised and shredded chicken500 g
Sour cream1 can(s)
Green Smell to taste
Cottage cheese1 cup
Salt to taste
Gem for brushing2 unit(s)

Mix the flour, eggs and margarine Mix well until it comes off your hands. If necessary add more flour. Open the dough in molds or in a large form, no need to grease.
For the filling Add to the shredded chicken the cream, curd cheese and the green smell, adjust the salt and use in the molds already with dough. Cover with the same dough and brush the yolk. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden. Oven 180°, preheated for 10 minutes.
Remove and serve hot!
