- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you form a homogeneous mass that comes off your hand.
- Then line the pie pan or a marinex
- Put the stuffing of your choice
- Then just line the top with the dough. If it's the small molds, press the sides slightly, thus forming a tummy.
- Separate the yolk from the egg white, discard the white and brush the pies with the egg yolk, so that when they bake they will be golden.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden on top.
