Mayonnaise (small pot or sachet)1/2 unit(s)
Lemon 🍋1 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
Chopped Parsley1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste
Nutmeg (grated)1 to taste
Olive oil1 to taste
Cream cheese2 teaspoon

Drain and mash the tuna well with a fork.
Season with all the ingredients and lastly add the mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
Assemble the snack with loaf of bread and a lettuce leaf and grated carrot.
