- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Nutmeg (grated)1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Cream cheese2 teaspoon
- Drain and mash the tuna well with a fork.
- Season with all the ingredients and lastly add the mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
- Assemble the snack with loaf of bread and a lettuce leaf and grated carrot.
