Ingredients

• Tuna | 1 can(s)
• Mayonnaise (small pot or sachet) | 1/2 unit(s)
• Lemon 🍋 | 1 unit(s)
• Chopped Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
• Chopped Parsley | 1 to taste
• Salt | 1 to taste
• Black pepper | 1 to taste
• Nutmeg (grated) | 1 to taste
• Olive oil | 1 to taste
• Cream cheese | 2 teaspoon

Recipe

1. Drain and mash the tuna well with a fork.
2. Season with all the ingredients and lastly add the mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
3. Assemble the snack with loaf of bread and a lettuce leaf and grated carrot.
