- Unleavened Wheat Flour to taste
- In a bowl, add the butter and milk, mix with a spoon.
- Then add the flour little by little until the dough comes away from your hands. This is the point!
- Finally, open the dough and make thin discs, fill with the stuffing of your preference, close and pass the forks on the sides. If you want, brush an egg yolk over the pastries to make them golden, but this is optional.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes or until golden.
