- I mixed the flour with cream and salt, kneaded until it was a very smooth dough, lined the dough with plastic and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- I used shredded chicken stuffing with peas and olives, but you can use any stuffing that looks great.
- Open the dough with a roll, try to make it as thin as possible. I put the stuffing and closed, with the help of a fork, I closed the sides well.
- I fried in hot oil, on low heat so the dough would not be raw inside.
- This pasta is delicious and it's very easy 😋
