Margarine1/4 cup
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Passion Fruit Juice1/2 cup
Water1/2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Margarine and wheat flour for greasing1 to taste

In a blender, beat the eggs, margarine, sugar, passion fruit juice and water.
Pour into a bowl, mix in the flour, add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured 26cm diameter pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes.
