  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon peel to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil and panko flour.
  2. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and thyme sprigs
  3. Stir constantly and add more oil gradually
  4. When golden, remove the garlic and thyme, add 2-3 pieces of lemon peel
  5. Remove the lemon peel, add the parsley and adjust the salt
