  • Wheat500 g
  • Oil50 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Organic dry yeast10 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Sugar15 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Water300 ml
  • Stuffing to taste
  • Diced Mozzarella200 g
  • Diced ham200 g
  • Pepperoni sausage in cubes1 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped black and green olives to taste
  1. Start by mixing all the dry ingredients.
  2. add the wet
  3. After mixing everything, add the water little by little.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes
  5. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
  6. Open the dough and add the filling.
  7. Fold the dough under the filling, bringing the ends together until it forms a ball (no problem tearing the dough)
  8. Divide the dough into two portions
  9. Put it in a paper form for panettone and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
  10. Brush an egg yolk and sprinkle Parmesan cheese
  11. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180/200°
