- Start by mixing all the dry ingredients.
- add the wet
- After mixing everything, add the water little by little.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
- Open the dough and add the filling.
- Fold the dough under the filling, bringing the ends together until it forms a ball (no problem tearing the dough)
- Divide the dough into two portions
- Put it in a paper form for panettone and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
- Brush an egg yolk and sprinkle Parmesan cheese
- Place in the oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180/200°
