  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • warm milk1/2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  • Finely chopped smoked sausage2 unit(s)
  1. Mix all liquids, sugar, salt and yeast.
  2. Add the flour and work the dough well until it is elastic and smooth.
  3. Add the fillings and work the dough a little more so that the filling is well integrated.
  4. Separate the dough into 2 parts and make a ball out of each part. Place each one in a 500g panettone form.
  5. Let it rest until it almost reaches the edge of the shape.
  6. Put grated cheese on top and take the panettone to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the top is golden.
